Ordering items on Back-Order – When you order items on ‘back order’ this means that the stock is not currently available to be sent out and that we will endeavour to order the item in on our next order. We will contact you about your back order to let you know a rough expected delivery date. Please be aware that your full order will be held until all items have arrived, therefore if you need part of your order sooner then you will need to order them separately.
Ordering items on Pre-Order – When you order items on ‘pre-order’ this means that the stock has not yet arrived and that we are waiting for the stock to arrive. We will send orders out in date order (earliest date to latest date). If for any reason the items do not arrive then you can either exchange or refund your order. Please be aware that your full order will be held until your ‘pre-order’ items have arrived, therefore if you need part of your order sooner then you will need to order them separately.
Variations – We may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding on you. Some of the provisions contained in these terms of use may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on our site.
Postage – Items will normally be posted using Royal Mail Second Class postal service. You should allow up to approximately 2 days for your item to be posted and 3-5 days for your item to be delivered. However we normally aim to post within 1 day.
Returns – Returns can be returned to us by post (at buyers own cost) within 7-10 days. Once the item has been returned we will either exchange or issue a refund within 7 days, this is as long as it is perfect condition (the same condition as it was sold and in its original packaging) postage cost will not be refunded.
